As 'heaven' lies soley in the consciousness, so does hell:

'hell'... overwhelmed by FEAR, blinded with ANGER, feeling TRAPPED, POWERLESS, HOPELESS,
...LOST...,
crushed by guilt, regret, self-hatred, seeing no way out...

I have been there, I have known this ugly truth. I was very nearly swallowed up by it. But I somehow found the strength to beat it. That was over 25 years ago. Yet I don't forget how awful it felt. Overcoming this state of being was one of my most significant self transformative efforts I have ever done.
