No, she's not Egyptian, but I am fascinated by her smile, and she does bear a resemblance to Egyptian funerary masks I've seen.
I found the original of this piece from Minerva Magazine, the International Review of Ancient Art &
Archaeology. From there I found a link to illustrations of pillaged artworks from the National Museum of Iraq in Baghdad. It's quite an extensive amount of looting. In case the link to the Minerva website doesn't work, I have a copy and paste of the original image, with more identifying info.
